Would stay again . Positive: Extremely clean. Loads of appliances ( hob, oven, d/washer, wash machine,microwave. ) Tea,coffee, sugar. Loads of towels Bed very comfy Plenty hot water . Hooks in bathroom. Very roomy.( apart from bathroom) Negative: Would have been nice to have been left a pint of milk for arrival. Needs occasional table for drinks when watching TV. My arm wasn't long enough to reach putting cuppa on the floor. TV was only giving a few channels. Couldn't get BBC1, 2, itv etc. And it keeps buffering. In bathroom it needs a shelf for toiletries. Nowhere to put anything- literally!

Had a lovely weekend in hope house was very clean easy to park. And relaxing Positive: Clean & had everything you needed. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Clean and tidy, coffe and tea provided. Instructions were clear of how to find the property and how to retrieve the keys. A folder with information was provided with takeaway menus and atteactions. Wifi code was easy to find and most things were easy to use e.g electric heaters, shower, television. Negative: We struggled with the oven, in terms of what setting to put it on. Some instructions relating to this would be helpful. How steep the stairs were up to the apartment wasnt mentioned. We were ok but older guests etc. might not be.

Positive: Notre petit séjour de 4 nuits était parfait, il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait, l'appartement était très propre, au calme, aucun souci pour se garer à côté, et des magasins et restos à emporter à deux minutes. Idéal pour Chester et les environs. Merci, on retournera !
